HRMY and RIA Seniors' trip to VILLA MAIREA 19–20.05.2026

Seniors from HRMY and RIA will make a joint trip to Pori and Noormarkku, including Villa Mairea and Ahlström Ironworks.

Itinerary and program:

19.5.2026 Helsinki-Humppila-Pori

Departure from Kiasma bus stop at 8:00 AM

Morning coffee with a little savoury treat at Urpola Manor

Lunch and guided tour of Villilä Manor and Studio

Guided visit to the Friitala Leather Museum

Accommodation in Pori at Hotel Amado

Dinner Restaurant Town Hall Cellar

20.5.2026 Pori-Reposaari-Noormarkku-Helsinki

Breakfast at the hotel

At 8:00 a.m. guided tour of the Pori region ending in Noormarkku

Lunch at Reposaari

Guided tour of Villa Mairea

Guided tour of Ahlström Ironworks, Voyage exhibition

Coffee at Noormarkun Klubi, snacks

Arrival in Helsinki at approx. 22 pm

During the journey, we will learn about the destinations we pass through from the bus window, accompanied by a short story.

Price of the trip:

Member price 290 eur / person (2 people sharing) and non-member price 390 eur / person (2 people sharing)

Member price 323 eur / person (1 people sharing) and non-member price 423 eur / person (1 people sharing)

The price of the trip includes:      

• Bus and driver available for the duration of the trip
• hotel accommodation (1 night) with breakfast
• meals and coffees with side dishes mentioned in the program
• guided tours and possible entrance fees according to the program

The price of the trip does not include:

• passenger and baggage insurance and cancellation insurance

(we recommend taking out travel insurance with sufficient cancellation cover in good time)

• food and drinks

Implementation of the trip:

• The trip will be carried out with a minimum of 30 participants.
• The trip can accommodate up to 40 people.

Paying for the trip

• advance payment of €100/person must be paid no later than April 21, 2026
• The final payment must be made no later than April 30, 2026.

Trip cancellation conditions

• You can cancel your trip free of charge until April 20, 2026.
• For cancellations made between May 1 and May 11, 2026, the tour operator will charge 25% of the trip price.
• For cancellations made between May 1 and May 11, 2026, the tour operator will charge 50% of the trip price.
• For cancellations after May 12, 2026, the tour operator will charge the full price of the trip.

The tour operator reserves the right to make changes.

The tour operator has the right to cancel the trip due to force majeure (e.g. strike preventing transportation, natural disaster, state of emergency, etc.), in which case the tour operator will refund the price of the trip paid to that point within 14 days of the cancellation.
