Event registration terms and conditions

Participants

If the number of participants at the event is limited, places will be allocated in the order of registration, taking into account first-time applicants. 

If the deductible is not paid by the due date, the already reserved seats may be released to the next person in line.

Event recording

Photo or video recordings may be taken at the event. By participating in the event, you agree that the photos taken at the event may be used in the association's communications, for example on the website, social media or in the member magazine. 

Cancellation of participation

Cancellation of participation in the event must be made before the registration period closes by email to the event contact person in order to refund the participation fee. 

The participation fee will not be refunded if participation is cancelled after the registration period has expired. The cancellation terms of the external tour operator apply to trips.

Event cancellation 

If the event is cancelled, those who registered will be notified by email and asked for their account number for the refund. The email regarding the cancellation will be sent by either the contact person of the sub-department or the secretary of the association.

Member-priced tickets

Reselling or passing on member-priced event tickets is ABSOLUTELY PROHIBITED!

The member must be present at the event.
